Job Overview

We are a dynamic, U.S.-based web development and marketing agency seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. Success in this role means developing and overseeing data-driven marketing strategies that align seamlessly with the needs of our U.S. clients, while collaborating effortlessly with our international marketing team.

This is a part-time, remote position based in Indonesia, Monday to Friday from 7 PM to 11 PM local time, allowing synchronization with our U.S.-based team. You’ll craft strategic marketing plans, coordinate targeted campaigns, and effectively engage B2C audiences for medium-sized businesses specializing in the finance, legal, and accounting sectors. Your analytical mindset and strategic insight will ensure each campaign achieves maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, integrating channels such as SEO, content marketing, email, social media, and paid advertising to achieve business goals.
  2. Campaign Oversight: Plan and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., a lead-generation campaign for a law firm or a content promotion strategy for a finance client), ensuring all elements are on-brand and cohesive.
  3. Analytics & Optimization: Regularly monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other metrics. Interpret data to derive insights on what’s working and what isn’t, and adjust strategies or reallocate budgets accordingly.
  4. Collaboration: Work with content creators, designers, and digital campaign managers to implement your strategies. Provide clear briefs and guidelines to ensure each team member’s work aligns with the overall strategy.
  5. Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and ROI for both internal review and client updates, translating data into understandable insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Experience:  3+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing strategies. A background working with B2C campaigns or clients is highly valued.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing principles. Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.) to interpret data. Able to make data-driven decisions and explain the “why” behind strategy changes.
  • Communication: Excellent English skills, comfortable with American vernacular in both writing and speaking. Capable of articulating strategies and results to an international team and clients clearly.
  • Adaptive & Organized: Ability to work during evening hours, manage multiple client strategies concurrently, and pivot quickly if market conditions or business priorities shift.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SEO/SEM tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Ads for planning and executing campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related digital marketing areas – or equivalent hands-on expertise demonstrating these skills.
  • Familiarity with content management and project tools (e.g., WordPress for landing pages, ClickUp for task management) to coordinate execution.
  • Experience with medium-sized business marketing, especially in finance, law, or accounting industries, understanding how to tailor strategies to these audiences.
  • Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking – able to brainstorm innovative campaigns but also rigorously test and measure their effectiveness.
