Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately from initiation to completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Guide and support team members to ensure efficient handling of customer queries.
  • Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, with confidentiality.
  • Answer calls promptly, screen effectively, and transfer as appropriate.
  • Stay informed about new product releases and promotions, upselling when relevant.
  • Verify customer account status, inventory levels, and pricing information.
  • Foster a respectful and supportive work environment.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality service to achieve team objectives.
  • Engage in change management initiatives and training to enhance team performance.
  • Resolve complex customer issues with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure service excellence.
Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP B1 preferred.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot actions and processes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with healthcare equipment is a plus.
