We are seeking a Business Resiliency Specialist who will play a vital role in executing and maintaining a comprehensive business resiliency / business continuity program. Scope of role will include enterprise-wide business impact assessments, business recovery planning and event response (crisis management) engagement activities to ensure effective business resiliency and risk mitigation.
The salary target for this role is $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on experience; this role is also eligible for our corporate bonus.

Primary Job Functions
Business Impact Assessments
Assist business units with development and maintenance of business impact assessment (BIA) documents
Establish meeting(s) with business unit coordinators and leaders throughout the organization to drive BIA completion
Assist with identifying new and changing organizational business units for BIA inclusion
Provide business continuity guidance towards process identification, criticality assessment, establishing recovery time objectives and mapping process interdependencies
Business Recovery Plans
Assist business units with development and maintenance of business recovery plan (BRP) documents
Establish meeting(s) with business unit coordinators and leaders throughout the organization to drive BRP completion
Assist with identifying new and changing organizational business units for BRP inclusion
Provide business continuity guidance towards developing recovery teams, establishing recovery strategies, and developing recovery procedures
Business Resiliency Testing & Exercise
Assist business units with BRP testing plan and/or script development and execution
Coordinate and document enterprise tabletop and integrated simulation testing exercises
Engage business units and cross-functional teams to prepare for testing exercises
Conduct post-mortem follow-up with participants to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement
Prepare after-action reporting documentation for stakeholders and regulatory reporting
Business Resiliency Training & Maintenance
Assist with development of training documentation and module curriculums
Coordinate training engagement and track to completion
Ensure BIA, BRP and testing documentation is adequately maintained by conducting routine review, and updates as necessary
Event Response Coordination and Maintenance
Assist with event monitoring activities
Assist with event alerts and coordination
Assist with event communication and impact reporting updates
Assist with Event Response Steering Committee meeting agenda and minutes
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
2+ years’ experience conducting enterprise business continuity activities
Experience executing business continuity activities within a financial organization, including BIA’s, BRP’s, training, exercises, and event/crisis management
Experience coordinating event response activities across a diverse range of crisis types
Confidently interfaces with business unit partners and senior leaders
Knowledgeable in FINRA (4370) and SEC business continuity regulatory requirements
Knowledgeable in ISO 22301 business continuity management systems and requirements
Experience using business continuity automation. Tool onboarding experience (preferred)
Preferred business continuity certification (CBCP, CBCI)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, document management, and workflow software
