About the role 
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Senior Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and ensuring the leadership team’s time is effectively managed. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, while navigating a fast-paced environment, will be essential for success. ðŸš€
Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Calendar & Schedule Management
    • Coordinate and maintain complex calendars for multiple executives, ensuring meetings, travel, and deadlines are accurately planned and prioritized.

    • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them with minimal oversight.

    • Organize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.

  2. Travel & Expense Management
    • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

    • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  3. Project & Task Management
    • Support special projects, research tasks, and ad hoc requests, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

  4. Event Planning
    • Assist in coordinating events, including management meetings, board meetings, and team off-sites.

  5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

    • Represent Nordhealth and the Executive Team with professionalism in all interactions.

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. 

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level or senior executives.

  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Email, Calendar)and virtual communication platforms (Google Meet).

  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication; adept at creating clear and concise reports and presentations.

  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills—able to build relationships and collaborate across diverse teams.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to evolving needs.

  • Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving capabilities, acting as a thought partner for executives

  • Upholds confidentiality, integrity, and discretion at all times.
