Role AI & Automation Consultant

Responsibilities

 

  • IT Operations(ITOPS) AI & Automation Solution design. Collaborate with

IT ops SME, process consultant to come up with overall opportunities &
solution

 

  • Business process automation solution design. Collaborate with domain

consultant to come up with over all opportunities and solution
 

  • Automation opportunity assessment and sprint planning

  • Contribute to Solution Consulting assignments both presales and

execution
 

  • Design / Identify Tools and Platforms requirement for AI & Automation

solutions,
 

  • Estimations Effort; Cost; Time + Development of Business case(s) with

ROI + Program planning
 

  • Participate in proposal defense in coordination with Sales / BD team

  • Demos of IPs, & Technical discussion with customers / prospects

  • Contribute to Analyst reviews, Webinar, POVs, Whitepaper, KM etc.

  • Build Demo use cases, Case Studies required for solutions


Required Skills & Competencies
 

  • Minimum 4 years of IT Operation (Apps/Infra operations)

experience with at least 2 years of Solution Architect experience ,
preferably IT Ops Production support / Cloud Ops/Application
support. AIOps Automation Solution Architect will be an added
advantage.

 

  • Should have proven experience as a solution architect and have

participated in RFP/RFI solution responses(including effort
estimations) and Proposal defense, demoing solutions.

 

  • Should have proven experience in IT Service management

processes and practices (e.g. ITIL, CMMI, PRINCE)
 

  • Strong communication skills interact with Sales, Architects,

delivery leads with ability to communicate both business and
technology SMEs

 

  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to get things

done mainly with line of influence.
 

  • Should be open for short term travels; Should be open to extend

support hours and be available for customer calls in late evenings.
 

  • Knowledge in ITOPS/AIOPS and Automation methodologies /

platform trends is desirable
 

  • Knowledge in AI/ML, Gen AI and Agentic AI.

  • Hands on Automation implementation experience will be added

advantage
 

  • Knowledge on AIOps tools like ServiceNow ITOM, Moogsoft,

ScienceLogic etc. will be added advantage.
 

  • Hands on to at least one RPA tool will be added advantage
