As the Director of Campaigns [NAMER] at Vanta, you will be a hands-on leader, managing the end-to-end execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns that directly support marketing in reaching NAMER pipeline targets. Your expertise in campaigns marketing will guide the development and deployment of data-driven initiatives that drive measurable pipeline growth while strengthening Vanta’s brand presence and market leadership.
From ideation to execution, you will manage campaigns that speak authentically to the entrepreneurial and security-first mindsets of business leaders and security professionals. Through innovative growth techniques and a deep understanding of our customer’s journey, you’ll ensure that Vanta’s story builds brand trust and loyal customers.
What you’ll do as a Director of Campaigns [NAMER] at Vanta:
Develop and implement integrated, full funnel campaign strategies that prioritize pipeline creation in North America.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators focused on pipeline impact, analyzing campaign data to refine and optimize for maximum engagement and ROI.
Partner closely with Sales, Demand Marketers, Account Management, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns align with go-to-market priorities and audience messaging.
Work alongside our field marketing team to develop tailored campaigns that drive demand within key accounts and deepen engagement with prospects in the pipeline.
Manage the campaign marketing budget with a focus on efficient resource allocation, prioritizing initiatives that drive the greatest pipeline impact.
Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on campaign performance and actionable insights.
Collaborate with Vanta’s regional marketers to ensure they have the resources needed to effectively localize and effectively execute global campaigns.
Lead a small team of campaign marketers, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction.
How to be successful in this role:
10+ years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B environments.
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets and driving meaningful returns.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with self-serve analytics tools like Tableau.
Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The salary or OTE range for this position is $196,000 - $230,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
