We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Data Analytics & AI to join our growing team. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence. You will focus on implementing data workflows, collaborating across functions, and contributing to our AI and business intelligence capabilities.

 

What your impact will be:

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Contribute to the development and execution of data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining alignment between data initiatives and organizational strategies.

Business Intelligence, Analytics, and AI Tool Development

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Support the design and development of predictive models to optimize business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, and operations to define requirements and implement analytics solutions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing to ensure successful adoption of data-driven strategies.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and analytics technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate cutting-edge tools and methodologies into existing workflows.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Develop and manage ETL pipelines to process and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Assist in deriving insights that inform strategic, tactical, and operational decisions.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Effectively communicate complex data insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in workshops and discussions to foster a culture of analytics and data literacy.

Customer Focus

  • Design analytics solutions that align with customer and business needs, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Growth Mindset

  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning within the team and organization.
  • Actively seek feedback and opportunities for professional development.

 

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in Data analytics
  • Hands-on experience with SQL (Must) along with ETL pipeline
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools Tableau (Must), Power BI
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Azure ML and workflow automation tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Experience working with modern data stacks and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with SaaS business KPIs (Preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Working hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

 

What Gives You an Edge

  • Hands-on experience with dbt, Azure ML, or Apache Airflow.
  • Understanding of Financial KPIs, Customer Success / Tech Support metrics, and HR analytics in a SaaS context.
