Job description

Overview:
SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking an intern to support our People Strategy and Operations. This 10-week internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate operations, working directly with teams across People (HR), Corporate IT, Facilities, and Legal functions. The ideal candidate will assist in various strategic initiatives while learning about the intersection of business operations and insurance industry dynamics.

What you’ll learn and be doing:
· Support the development and tracking of strategic initiatives across multiple departments
· Assist in preparing analysis and recommendations for various operational projects
· Help coordinate and document cross-functional team meetings
· Contribute to the preparation of executive-level presentations and communications
· Research industry best practices and compile findings into actionable insights
· Shadow leadership team members to understand corporate operations and decision-making processes
· Support the development of new standard operating processes and workflows that improve operational efficiency
· Assist in planning and executing internal team events, such as team meetings and offsites

We’re looking for someone who has:
· An undergraduate education with an anticipated graduation date in 2026 or 2027
· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
· Strong academic record (minimum GPA: 3.5)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Professional written and verbal communication abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
