Mid Level Business Analyst

Description

• Develop and maintain process diagrams using LucidChart, adhering to BPMN standards.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Extract and analyze data autonomously using SQL to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify project needs.
• Work within Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, to create user stories, epics, and manage backlogs in JIRA.
• Design and execute test cases, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate prototypes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to create wireframes and prototypes using FIGMA.
• Participate in client meetings to gather insights, present findings, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and report on project delivery, ensuring milestones are met and quality is maintained.
• Implement and manage change processes to support business agility.
• Engage stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.
• Utilize various techniques, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and document analysis, to gather comprehensive information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Document findings in clear and concise formats, such as use cases, user stories, or process flow diagrams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure clear documentation of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project progress and validate that deliverables meet business expectations.
• Assist in change management by assessing the impact of any scope or process adjustments.
• Support testing and quality assurance activities by clarifying requirements and identifying potential gaps.

• Main skills:
  
  
• Proficiency in process diagramming on LucidChart.
  
• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Advanced knowledge of JIRA for daily use (epics, user stories, charts, backlog, version management, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced English level (C1).
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping with FIGMA.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
• SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.
• Strong understanding of BPMN standards for process diagramming.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Kanban (main) and Scrum.

  • A background in logistics or transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with API integrations is highly desirable.
