Dev Ops Engineer (Docker/Kubernetes) 76655

Blue Rose is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Docker/Kubernetes) to support our work with a federal client. This is a remote role and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.

An ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance is required prior to starting work.

In this role you will:

• Engineer and administer containerization and infrastructure automation components for a global-scale national security system
• Perform security assessments and remediation of security findings in related system components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and manage cloud-based infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes
• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring system security and scalability

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must:

• Have 3+ years of experience using Docker Enterprise
• Have 2+ years of experience using Kubernetes (both automation and Inspec compliance)
• Possess an Active Secret Level Security Clearance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with any of the following: Agile Development, Terraform, Docker Trusted Registry, Vault, Nomad, Ruby Development, Kubernetes, Nexus, GitLab
• Experience with Prisma Cloud integration with Docker containers for security
• Experience with container platforms (e.g., Red Hat OpenShift)
• Experience in SAFe Agile methodology
• Experience in a large-scale Federal IT Program

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
