JOB TITLE: HRIS Implementation Specialist

RATE: PHP 208.33 per hour

Work Type: 

  • Full-time, Remote/WFH

Contract Duration:

  • 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on project needs

Working Hours: 9 am - 6pm EST (Mondays-Fridays)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our HR team on a 3-6 month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in implementing HRIS systems, preferably with UKG Ready or other HRIS platforms. This role is focused on working closely with the HR team to implement HRIS best practices and ensure a smooth rollout of the UKG Ready system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR team to implement UKG Ready or other HRIS systems effectively.

  • Assist in preparing for the HRIS (UKG Ready) system rollout by applying best practices in HRIS implementation.

  • Coordinate and manage the integration of data, workflows, and processes into the new HRIS system.

  • Provide guidance and support during the transition to the new HRIS system, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to configure the HRIS system to meet the organization's specific needs.

  • Troubleshoot any issues related to the HRIS system and work with the technical team to resolve them.

  • Document the implementation process and create user training materials to ensure smooth adoption.

  • Offer continuous support post-implementation as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Must have proven experience with HRIS implementation, preferably with UKG Ready or similar systems.

  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS best practices and understanding of system workflows and configurations.
