Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct 50 strategic outreach calls daily to potential clients in the US market, focusing on decision-makers in the IT industry
  • Secure and schedule 10 qualified meetings per month with C-level executives, including CEOs and CTOs
  • Craft and send personalized, compelling emails to nurture prospects in the IT services and consulting space
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to meticulously track all interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Collaborate closely with the global sales director to align outreach efforts and refine strategies
  • Adapt your schedule to US business hours, particularly aligning with the Eastern Time Zone
  • Contribute valuable insights on market trends and client feedback to inform business strategies
  • Represent the company professionally in initial conversations with potential clients, showcasing our expertise in software development services

Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a preference for experience in IT services or software industry
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
