Job description

ROLE:  

The Quality Control Transactional Processing Administrator’s primary responsibilities are to maintain consistent productivity and quality standards when reviewing requests released to MRO for delivery to requesters on behalf of our Clients and to meet required turnaround times for record distribution.

 

Hours are Monday – Friday, with working hours flexible, 4 hours minimum per day. This is a fully remote position. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Quality Control process which includes determining the accuracy of patient identifying information within medical record prior to distribution in a secure and compliant manner.
  2. Maintain an understanding of the Release of Information process as it relates to the QC process.
  3. Maintain strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and associated rulings by completing assigned online training courses in MRO Academy as needed.
  4. Participate in training, review, and coaching meetings via virtual application or in person when necessary.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Highly accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
  3. Ability to work effectively and independently in high volume production environments.
  4. Dependable, strong organizational skills and positive teamwork-oriented attitude.
