Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, traditional marketing, and brand management, with a focus on creating campaigns that reflect The Park at 14th’s vibrant identity. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, data-driven, and skilled at managing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue, encompassing both digital and traditional channels.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website content, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and SEO/SEM initiatives.
  • Traditional Marketing: Plan and manage traditional marketing efforts, such as print ads, radio spots, outdoor advertising, and partnerships with local businesses or organizations.
  • Event Promotion: Design and implement marketing campaigns for events, special nights, and seasonal promotions to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials align with The Park at 14th’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and visual identity.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling content, including social media posts, event flyers, videos, and blog articles.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring regular updates, community engagement, and audience growth.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance across all channels. Use data insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including event planning, operations, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners for advertising, printing, and promotional needs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to refine marketing approaches.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing. Hospitality or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
    • Proficiency in content management systems and email marketing platforms.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a plus.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • Creativity and innovation in developing unique marketing campaigns.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills:
