Job description

Job Overview:
Inallmedia is seeking a highly organized and committed Vendor Support Specialist to assist our client’s Vendor Management team. This role involves working with stakeholders, vendors, and candidates, coordinating across various time zones, conducting prescreening interviews, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of vendors. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in scheduling interviews, conducting software engineering candidate interviews, and managing various operational tasks related to vendor onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Coordination: Schedule and confirm Meet & Greets with Points of Contact (POCs) and suppliers, ensuring alignment across different time zones.
  • Prescreening: Conduct prescreening interviews for software engineering profiles, evaluating candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in gathering necessary information to ensure efficient onboarding of suppliers and vendors, and coordinate with appropriate POCs.
  • Stakeholder and Candidate Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and candidates, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Task Management: Update work assignment trackers and manage project progress through tools such as Asana and Jira.
  • Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with vendors, stakeholders, and candidates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting IT roles, with a focus on software engineering positions.
  • Proven experience scheduling and confirming Meet & Greets with POCs and suppliers.
  • Solid familiarity with Asana and/or Jira.
  • Strong experience in updating work assignment trackers and managing project timelines.
  • Experience conducting prescreening interviews for software engineering profiles.
  • Advanced English proficiency (almost native level).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to the task at hand.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and effective interactions.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with sending onboarding details to suppliers and vendors.
