Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the overall success of the organization by determining staffing needs and finding the right candidates for various roles. The HR Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and expectations. This professional will utilize various recruitment strategies and tools, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract high-quality applicants. The ideal candidate will be equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential candidates and represent the organization. Additionally, the HR Recruiter will ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment practices while contributing to a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications for suitability.
  • Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for proper record-keeping.
  • Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and collect potential candidates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations.
  • Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and policies.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with various online sourcing techniques and ATS software.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with candidate assessment tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using social media for recruitment (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment needs.
  • Certifications related to recruitment or HR are a plus.
