What you will do as a Legal Counsel at Eye Security:
Commercial Contracting: You’ll review and draft a variety of commercial contracts, including NDA’s, customer agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements and contractor agreements, ensuring they align with Eye’s standards while safeguarding our growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll dive into cross-functional discussions, providing guidance on legal risks and challenges. You’ll act as a legal advisor to support team initiatives.
Legal Innovation Support: You’ll support the implementation of tools that streamline and enhance legal processes, fostering seamless collaboration with both internal and external teams.
Continuous Improvement: You’ll constantly evaluate and enhance legal templates and workflows, always looking for opportunities to streamline and make a lasting impact.
