  • You will offer ongoing legal advice on regulations and guidelines related to medical device distribution, sales, marketing, privacy, and clinical research.
  • You will collaborate with the compliance and regulatory teams to implement new regulatory frameworks and address compliance risks.
  • You will coordinate with regulatory agencies as needed, assisting in compliance reviews, audits, and investigations.
  • You will handle outside law firms and vendors, ensuring efficient coordination across multiple internal teams.
  • You will offer experienced legal mentorship on marketing, government tenders, intellectual property, and licensing standards.
  • You will maintain frequent communication with your supervisor, HQ Legal colleagues, and ANZ business leaders.
  • You will ensure the organisation and efficiency of the Legal team, meeting high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

What makes you successful:
  • You are a qualified attorney with a law degree and 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house.
  • Your deep knowledge of healthcare compliance laws in ANZ is crucial to your role.

  • You can independently build and manage legal documents, employing tracked changes and version control.
  • You bring outstanding decision-making and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Your critical thinking skills and ability to develop innovative legal business solutions make you a valuable asset.
  • You possess comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and can effectively use contract management systems.
