Job description

🚀We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Country Director. This key role involves driving the growth and operations of our organization within the assigned country while ensuring alignment with our global objectives. Location: Brazil, São Paulo, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Fully Remote)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building, guiding prospects through the sales process.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, engaging in focused activities and crafting consultative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Build strong client relationships, acting as a product expert to confidently present the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects into clients and develop sales materials to support the process.
  • Create profitable business proposals and provide regular updates on sales progress and performance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events, delivering product demonstrations both in person and remotely.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive initiatives aimed at acquiring new business.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and upper-intermediate English (B2), both written and spoken.
  • Extensive network of executive-level (C-level) contacts within the gaming or betting industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or B2C commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional or global sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Self-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Results-focused with a strong orientation toward financial performance.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
