Job description

🚀We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Country Director. This key role involves driving the growth and operations of our organization within the assigned country while ensuring alignment with our global objectives. Location: Brazil, São Paulo, Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship-building, guiding prospects through the sales process.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline, engaging in focused activities and crafting consultative solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
Build strong client relationships, acting as a product expert to confidently present the company’s offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects into clients and develop sales materials to support the process.
Create profitable business proposals and provide regular updates on sales progress and performance.
Represent the company at trade shows and events, delivering product demonstrations both in person and remotely.
Partner with Product and Marketing teams to drive initiatives aimed at acquiring new business.

Qualifications and Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1) and upper-intermediate English (B2), both written and spoken.

Extensive network of executive-level (C-level) contacts within the gaming or betting industry.

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or B2C commercial roles.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional or global sales strategies.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while meeting tight deadlines.

Exceptional time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Self-driven with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Results-focused with a strong orientation toward financial performance.

Outstanding relationship-building and negotiation skills.
