Job Description and Duties
  • Perform administrative tasks within the NetSuite ERP such as preparing validating Bill of Materials, uploading Sales Orders to NetSuite, and conducting Item Fulfillments. 
  • Track change orders and ensure material orders are placed with internal stake holders.  
  • Update project tracking software (Monday.com), ensure all project information is up to date 
  • Manage the tracking and updating of Key Performance Indicators 
  • Keep track of and report on project progress 
  • Coordinate with supply chain and customer to provide updates on change order deliveries  
  • Work with Facilities to validate re-order points for stocking of material in the Nevados Oakland Facility. 
  • Help create SOP and other documentation.  
  • Planning efforts with internal team to streamline processes.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience in an ERP software system (preferably Oracle or NetSuite) running supply chain based transactions
  • Previous construction management experience or administrative assistance (APM, project engineer, project coordinator)
  • Previous Solar construction experience a plus 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in any management software 
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, self-starter 
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills 
  • Ability to quickly respond to emails as needed 

  • Travel requirements
  • Travel up to 20% to attend company off-sites (up to 4x/year) and attend industry events is required. Possible visits to jobsites within continental USA based on client needs.
