Your mission
Mirai Risk Tech is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead and optimize campaigns that drive demand across all stages of the funnel for our global lead generation programs. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing enterprise-level programs to attract and convert customers in the UKI, US, and Iberia markets, while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to implement our B2B demand generation strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Global Marketing and work cross-functionally to align efforts for maximum impact.
This strategic, data-driven role focuses on driving growth by advancing customers through the acquisition funnel and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with expertise in digital channels, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and integrated campaigns. Success requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to optimize for business outcomes to accelerate pipeline growth and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Demand Generation strategy on HubSpot, building a full-funnel engine tailored to key audience segments to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Design, launch, and measure multi-channel integrated campaigns (e.g., webinars, events, direct mail, email, digital) to convert ICP accounts into a qualified pipeline.
- Create and implement highly personalized ABM strategies by identifying key accounts and developing comprehensive lead-nurture programs leveraging both inbound and outbound tactics.
- Provide regular reporting on funnel performance, including campaign metrics, ROI, and overall return on investment, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Set annual budgets and targets for demand generation efforts while continuously improving marketing pipeline health.
- Own reporting and analytics for all demand generation activities across global markets, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with global sales leadership to align marketing efforts with sales strategies, ensuring cohesive execution to maximize results
- Drive continuous experimentation to optimize campaign performance, explore new channels and tactics, and improve landing pages.
