Job Title: Marketing Manager Pain Management & Minimally Invasive Orthopaedic Procedures
Location: UK (with travel across Europe)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for an innovative medical device company specializing in pain management and minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals, focusing on increasing market share and brand awareness in pain management and minimally invasive orthopaedics.
  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting healthcare professionals, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Product Launches: Manage product launches across the UK and Europe, including market analysis, promotional strategies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Event Management: Organize and oversee participation in conferences, trade shows, and educational workshops, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital strategies, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and SEO, to drive engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Masters degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in the medical device healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and European healthcare systems and regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
  • Ability to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
