We are currently seeking a Social Seller to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the IT and custom software markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential clients for IT solutions and software development services.
Analyze industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
Evaluate leads based on established criteria and arrange meetings with the sales team.
Work with the marketing team to design and execute customer acquisition campaigns.
Track and report on lead generation metrics (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and innovative lead-generation techniques.
Requirements
4+ years of proven success in lead generation, preferably in technology or software services.
Strong understanding of sales principles and their application in social selling.
Proficiency in CRM software, lead tracking systems, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets.
Strong organizational skills and customer-focused mindset.
