The Communications Specialist is a key member of the MSI marketing team supporting the third largest independent managing general agent (MGA) in the country. This role will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing internal communications strategies to ensure effective communication within the organization, while supporting external communications as needed. The communications specialist will create, edit, and distribute communications content to various audiences and organize internal events and meetings to help strengthen company culture. This role will also develop customer communications and create content for external-facing channels, as needed. Must be able to manage multiple projects and recommend new strategies to achieve goals.
