Senior Client Success Manager Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on proactive relationship management and client engagement
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to present insights, progress, and opportunities for improvement to executive stakeholders
Analyze client data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to drive success
Develop and implement tailored client success plans, aligning product usage with client goals and objectives
Monitor and address potential risks, collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure continued success
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices and offering strategic solutions
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to the company s revenue goals
Stay informed about industry trends and company product updates to provide clients with relevant and valuable insights
Senior Client Success Manager Requirements
4-5 years of SaaS client success experience managing an ARR book of business of 3MM or greater
Proven ability to engage in strategic-level discussions with executive stakeholders
Experience creating and delivering QBRs and program reviews
Proficiency in Excel (formulas required; pivot tables a plus) and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen and the ability to read and adapt to client needs
Bachelor' s degree required
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
