We are seeking a driven and innovative Outbound Growth Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Development and Revenue Operations, focuses on identifying and driving net-new business opportunities through strategic relationship-building with potential clients. Success in this position requires a background in successfully proactively generating leads through advanced personalization techniques and meeting established weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to the Senior Manager of Business Development and Operations, and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience with multiple business development techniques, including campaign generation, cold calling, nurturing and objection management
Ecommerce industry experience and knowledge required
Potential Salary Range: $60,000-$95,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
