What You Will Do - Essential Functions

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for managing the value proposition for our behavioral health, EAP, and/or other product portfolios. The individual will lead efforts to improve the digital experience, manage external vendor relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations as well as develop and maintain value proposition messaging. This role will also focus on developing and implementing a strategic roadmap, driving product development initiatives, and ensuring its success through comprehensive reporting and analytics.

  • Marketing Management
    • Own and oversee the product marketing strategy for the relevant product/service line, including market research, personas, value proposition, growth strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) plan.
    • Own and execute product/service line growth initiatives. Utilize analytics tools to report on outcomes and generate insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Asset management of product/service line value drivers, outcomes, metrics and claims for a cohesive messaging strategy across sales enablement and general collateral.
    • Partner with the product, operations, clinical, and commercial teams in support of go-to-market planning, including pricing, packaging, communications, and campaigns.
  • Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as project manager for product launches, large cross-team marketing campaigns and new projects that are assigned to the product marketing function.
    • Collaborate with Lucet’s Product team to support product development initiatives by gathering market requirements and defining product features. Influence the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business needs.
    • Collaborate with all areas of the business to brainstorm and bring new, innovative strategies to fruition that drive growth and revenue for the relevant product/service line.
    • Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.
Who You Are

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Marketing or Business Administration.
    • 5+ years of Project Management, Product Marketing and/or Product Management experience.
    • Evidence of launching products and delivering measurable growth (e.g., topline impact, segment penetration, market share growth)
    • Experience in managing vendor relationships and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
    • Ability to communicate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Must be proactive, self-driven, organized and detail oriented.
    • Strong time and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a tight deadline-driven environment.
    • Proficient in CMS and analytics platforms (Salesforce, WordPress, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Tableau) and reporting tools to derive insights and recommendations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel).

    • Work is performed indoors in a remote, home setting or typical office environment - not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.

    • Physical demands include constant ability to remain in a stationary position, move about inside an office or remote setting, able to communicate and exchange information with others, able to inspect information, and able to perform repetitive motion with arms and fingers.
