Job description

Transformations Care Network is seeking an experienced and dynamic National Director of Human Resources to lead and support our talent management initiatives, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive workplace while driving recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development strategies.

The National Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading a team of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP’s) and is responsible for helping to develop and maintain systems and processes to support a superior level of customer service and compliance for our teams. In collaboration with the COO, the Director will design and execute the end-to-end human capital strategy that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires a combination of hands-on and strategic reasoning and thinking, use of data to guide work, being comfortable challenging convention and, in some cases, influencing line and mid-level leaders to reassess how work is done. The Director is responsible for ensuring overall compliance, identifying areas of risk and opportunity and providing direct support to our market HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to team of HRBP across all markets, ensuring that partners feel supported, have access to expertise needed to perform their jobs (either internal or external) and create an environment of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Develop processes and procedures to support team members, including compensation, performance management, organizational design, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, organizational culture, rewards and recognition, and talent management and retention.
  • Use data to analyze employee trends and collaborate with people leaders to develop strategic plans to address areas like attrition, employee compensation and rewards and other related programs. Present recommendations to executive leadership, using data to drive discussions and decisions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment in process and strategy across teams
  • Identify areas of risk that require regulatory or legal guidance and escalate these to COO/CEO
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and document HR policy which reflect these requirements.
  • Ensure that HRBP teams maintain required employee documentation including primary source verification of all required licensures and sanction checks where required.
  • Support the roll out of a comprehensive onboarding and training strategy in collaboration with market leaders.
  • Manage employee relations in a confidential and compliant manner, working to resolve and document issues according to company, federal and state guidelines.
  • Implement a performance management and talent development process in collaboration with executive leadership.
  • Responsible for being a subject matter expert on organizational and people related planning and execution.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.
  • Support rollout of technology to support overall business needs including payroll, HRIS, ATS and learning management systems.
  • Support CFO in compensation and benefits related analysis and development.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA/BS degree.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience, including HR experience, business partner or generalist experience with data, analysis, trends and reports; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and understand trends,
  • Ability to influence through strong relationships, expertise and data and can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to communicate large, complex change.
  • Master’s in related field
  • HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP).
  • Mental Health or Multisite healthcare HR experience (preferred)
