What Will You Be Doing?
This position is responsible for all aspects of the development, architecture, and governance of the AI solutions within the customer environment. Working with the Architecture team and Government sponsors to develop and implement new services and integrated solutions in the customer owned AI environment. Day-to-day system data validation, workflow improvements, and efficiency improvements will be a key success for this position. Presenting to senior leadership around concepts, ideas, and new solutions involving AI is required.
Responsibilities:
Technical Lead for the AI daily activities, providing guidance on technical solutions, processes and procedures
Brief multiple levels of customers around AI capabilities, limitations, compliance, and other topics around the concept of AI
Leverage the AI tool set to automate facets of the environment, including tier zero support/user self-service, improving workflows, etc. in coordination with DevOps Engineers
Work closely with the Enterprise Service Desk and the DevOps team to reduce or minimize ticket occurrences, through self-created automations and application enhancements
Administrate full AI stack in an on-premise or cloud deployment, from end to end (create users, groups, change permissions, create queues, etc.)
Enable automation and new solutions through the appropriate modules, and development of custom code as necessary
Support the development and maintenance of interfaces to the AI solutions
In coordination with other Architects, support solution development throughout the environment
Document AI architecture, including network port connectivity, and design choices of the associated applications (Low Level Design, High Level Design)
Integrate all systems into the enterprise solution as required
Provide secure, reliable, and high performing configurations of the AI environments

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Expert knowledge of an Automation and DevOps
Current knowledge of AI systems design, DevOps and infrastructure as code principles, Linux, Windows, Azure, containerization, etc.
Education And Experience Requirements
10+ years demonstrated experience in IT
Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, ability to work in a team and work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Required Certifications
Comp TIA Security+
Systems related industry certification
