The Medical Benefit Review Services Associate III is responsible for retrieving, analyzing, and determining medical claims from health insurance claim systems related to third-party liability accidents. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Retrieve and analyze health insurance eligibility policy information from various claim systems.
Determine medical claims related to third-party liability accidents.
Apply knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding to analyze and retrieve claims relevant to recovery rights.
Produce quality and timely reports for management.
Enter data accurately and efficiently
Maintain organization to manage referrals based on priority (Same Day, Urgent, Non-Urgent).
Work within client systems (e.g., Cigna) to access and process patient information/claims.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of medical coding and terminology
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Production-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to multi-task effectively.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. .The pay range for this role is $15.50/hr.
