Outbound Sales/Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor - Virtual)
AGM Renovations is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing team as an independent contractor in the role of Appointment Setter. If you're a self-motivated professional with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound phone sales to set appointments and follow up with both potential and former clients.
Re-engage clients who have previously canceled appointments to reschedule and meet with us.
Connect with clients who have received a quote but are undecided, guiding them toward booking a meeting.
Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Recommended Shift Details:

4 weekdays per week (any 4 days): 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
One weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday): 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Minimum 3 years of experience in phone sales with a proven track record of success.
Strong computer skills and comfort using various digital tools.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at once.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A self-starter who can work independently but thrives as part of a supportive team.
