Job description

Summary:

We are looking for an AD Sales - Outbound Phone Sales professional to join our team. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients through outbound phone calls to generate new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating various communication channels, managing a sales cadence, and delivering compelling pitches to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales cadence that includes phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with potential clients.
  • Identify and categorize prospects based on their company size, industry, and professional hierarchy to tailor the sales approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and other key stakeholders in the relevant industry.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the pain points of prospective clients and present relevant solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Track and report sales activities, outcomes, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company


Requirements
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, advertising, or similar position.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple communication channels effectively (phone, email).
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High level of motivation and resilience in a fast paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

  • Set-up and Location: WFH/Remote
  • Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NZDT) | 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (PH Time)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
