Job Description

Love finding new leads and turning them into sales conversations? We need a rockstar Outbound Sales Specialist to build our sales pipeline with hot leads.

You'll be a lead generation machine, using data and creativity:

  • Find Perfect Contacts: Find the right people at the target companies with AmpleMarket/Lemlist or similar tools.
  • Enrich Your Data: Add details to your contacts to make your emails more personal.
  • Write Killer Emails: Create email sequences that grab attention and get results, from brand awareness to lead nurturing.
  • Launch Like a Pro: Use HubSpot to schedule sends, track performance, and make sure your emails land in the right inbox.
  • Data Doesn't Lie: Analyze your campaigns to see what's working and what's not. Use this info to make your emails even better.
  • HubSpot Master: Be a HubSpot pro, using it to automate tasks, track results, and get valuable insights. Bonus points for AmpleMarket/Lemlist knowledge!

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (a plus in B2B marketing or a similar field).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for project management and organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, working both independently and collaboratively
