This Manager of Panel insights provides key reporting and insights that inform the Panel team with regards to Acquisition, Retention/Engagement, Member Services, Data Quality, and Supply Planning & Performance. This role supports the Panel EVP, his direct reports and the broader Panel team as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Council to business stakeholders and co-design effective KPIs to track and improve responsible business teams’ business results
Thought leadership to business stakeholders on potential data & insights to answer business question, to guide business strategic / transactional decision
Develops and demonstrates subject matter expertise in Panel Acquisition, Retention/Engagement, Member Services, Data Quality, and Supply Planning & Performance
Synthesize data & insights to drive thought leadership and actionable recommendations to business stakeholders to achieve Dynata’s financial results and improve business process
Collaborate with Technology engineers to design and improve Dynata data integration process & systems, to ensure data accuracy of reporting and improve efficiency of data query
Translate business questions, business problem to possible data manipulation scope and data logic required to address the business needs
Identify / explore technical options in Dynata data systems to obtain required data
Draw conclusions / insights from data insights to answer business questions / solve business problems
Communicate/ present analysis results to business stakeholders
Manage 1-3 analysts. Also, collaborates as part of an extended team of peers and subject matter experts
Education:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or other applicable quantitative discipline
Experience:
Several years of experience as a people leader in analytics domain
5+ years of experience in the data analytics space
5+ years hand-on experience in data manipulation through SQL in large data repositories
3+ years in build SQL codes, conduct SQL query to solve ad hoc business questions (besides generating regular reporting)
2+ years of experience in SQL w/ customer behavior / CRM data
2+ years of experience in leading team of data analytics professionals
Knowledge & Skill:
Has in-depth business and managerial knowledge department or function
Has a good knowledge and understanding of related functions
Has good understanding of industry issues
Demonstrates solid people leadership skills
