Busines Analyst (Simcorp)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for SimCorp Performance Manager, facilitating system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and implement business requirements related to investment performance and attribution.
• Conduct performance attribution analysis to identify drivers of portfolio performance and support investment decision-making.
• Engage with technology/solution teams to design and implement solutions for performance measurement, attribution, and reporting across multi-asset portfolios.
• Ensure high-quality data analysis and support data quality management processes to maintain reliable and accurate performance-related data.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including business process workflows, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance management tools and processes with business goals.
• Analyze and manage data from market data providers, including Security Master, Indices/Benchmarks, and Pricing, to ensure alignment with performance management needs.
  
  

Requirements:

Must Have:

• 5+ years: Expert-level knowledge of Investment Performance.
• 3+ years: Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of SimCorp Performance Manager.
• 3+ years: Strong working knowledge of Performance Attribution.
• 3+ years: Work experience within a technology/solution team for a multi-asset class investment manager.
• 2+ years: Experience in data analysis and/or data quality management.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• 1+ years: Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
• 3+ years: Experience with leading asset management solutions such as Charles River, Aladdin, Calypso, Bloomberg, etc.
• 3+ years: Strong knowledge of market data providers and content relevant to performance, including Security Master, Indices/Benchmarks, and Pricing.
