Position Summary
Reporting into the VP, Partner Channels or Director, Partner Development, you will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and growing Vena Partners. You will help shape our Partner Sales organization into a high growth, high performance and customer centric team that consistently meets and exceeds ARR targets and profitability.
What you will do:
● Targeting and soliciting a targeted list of top prospective partners who demonstrate and appear to have a high probability of success in Vena partner channel
● Describing and articulating, in a persuasive manner, the value of a partnership with Vena and to obtain an executed partner agreement with the partner.
● Onboard and enable partners to generate new opportunities for Vena
● Shepherd the partner through the initial enablement processes with other Vena associates and aligning the partner with overlapping Vena RSMs
● Achieving partner growth, partner revenue, and partner quality objectives for the assigned territory.
● Utilizing all available sales technology (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) to submit accurate and complete information and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends and challenges
● Travel as required to Conferences, Partner Offices, and Events
● Other duties, as assigned.
Does this sound like you?:
● 3+ years of experience in developing partner or customer relationships in a high performing, SaaS environment, preferable in a CPM/FP&A environment
● 5+ years of relevant sales experience in a high performing sales team
● Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales quota targets
● Self-starter with the ability to be self-managed and follow through with action plans
● Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
● Business oriented in order to deliver and increase results with current accounts
● Excellent teamwork enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
