Education Recommendations: Student (8 or 9 Semester) in telecommunication, system, information technology or engineering.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the team, you will:
- Support our customer to solve NSP/NFMP reported issues / questions
- Diagnose Problems reported
- Neutralize issues applying alternative solutions / Work Around
- Document issues reported and solutions offered into Nokia Tools
- Support our team
- Building labs or reproduce issues related on customers live networks
- Help to research some topics that are new for the team
Key Skills And Experience
Education Recommendations: Student (8 or 9 Semester) in telecommunication, system, information technology or engineering.
What is Nokia Looking for from me:
- Fluency in English is required.
- Hands-on knowledge of VMware/Openstack/Container/docker/kubernetes.
- Knowledge of bash, python, SQL, Java.
- Knowledge of IP standard, routing protocols, OSI model, etc.
- Knowledge of layer 2 data communication protocols (Ethernet, VLANs, etc.).
- Knowledge on Routing protocols as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS and other routing protocols.
- Usage of salesforce/JIRA is a plus.
