Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technology architecture solutions.
• Lead and guide development teams and team leads.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand and define requirements.
• Contribute in projects related to Service Cloud and Contact Center.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: at least 10 years in roles related to solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Certification: Technical or application architect certification (preferred).
• Availability to work on various projects based on business needs.
• Proficiency in Spanish (required).
