Job description

Overview:

The Salesforce Architect plays a crucial role in the organization, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. They are instrumental in ensuring the successful integration of Salesforce applications to meet business needs and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of complex solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
Design and build data models, user interfaces, and business logic using Salesforce technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Develop and maintain system integrations and data migration processes.
Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Create and maintain documentation related to system design and architecture.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and advise on their implementation.
Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Salesforce Certified System Architect (CSA) and/or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (CAA) credentials.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead development teams.
Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
