Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales excellence in the hospitality and temporary housing industry. As a leader in providing exceptional temporary housing solutions across Canada, our company thrives on innovation, customer satisfaction, and outstanding service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and team leadership, particularly in the hospitality sector, and will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ sales professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development for sales staff.

OTA Management:

  • Optimize visibility and conversion on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and others.

Reservations:

  • Manage inbound reservation inquiries and ensure a seamless booking process.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to confirm availability and special requests.
  • Monitor reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Strategy & Analysis:

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Identify market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns targeting OTAs.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure guest satisfaction and service quality.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality or temporary housing industry.
  • Proven success in managing and leading teams of 10+ people.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality and temporary housing markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation$2,500 USD per month plus commissions of approximately $2,000
