In addition, the SURU Water app simplifies communication between all relevant stakeholders. We are searching for motivated and curious students (f/m/d) to support us in transforming data into actionable insights using artificial intelligence. In this role, you will take responsibility, work independently, and have the opportunity to explore new topics and technologies. As a working student, you will gain hands-on experience in data analytics and modeling, develop valuable skills in machine learning, and actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of our SURU Water Damage Prevention solution.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist in the documentation of data science projects to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
• Create engaging and informative data visualizations using AWS QuickSight to communicate insights effectively.
• Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare datasets for analysis and modeling.
• Collaborate with SURU Data Scientists in the development, evaluation, and optimization of machine learning models.
• Ensuring compliance with the organization’s Information Security Policy.
  
  

Your skills:

• Eager to continuously enhance proficiency in data science and analytics.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and building insightful dashboards using AWS QuickSight or Tableau.
• Possess a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is advantageous.
