We're looking for an experienced Product Marketeer to drive product adoption across our existing client base while supporting new business growth for our participatory SaaS tool. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer/government success, helping local governments excel in digital consultation and citizen engagement.
You’ll own two critical areas of our business:
Product Adoption: Drive feature adoption, platform usage, and retention across 300+ city clients.
Market Growth: Support new business through compelling positioning and sales enablement.
Develop and execute onboarding and adoption programs for new and existing features.
Create customer education and enablement strategies to drive platform usage.
Partner with our Customer Success team and CSMs to identify and address adoption barriers.
Build playbooks for upselling and cross-selling premium features and add-ons.
Track and analyze usage metrics to uncover opportunities and risks.
Drive customer advocacy by developing success stories.
Create resources to help CSMs effectively upsell the platform.
Manage the full feature launch lifecycle for the customer base, including internal and external communications. Oversee the product marketing execution of new feature and product launches as part of the quarterly release cycle to clients.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define pricing strategies for features.
Own product positioning and messaging for government market segments.
Develop sales enablement briefs and materials tailored to resonate with public sector buyers.
