Principal Salesforce Service Cloud Developer Full-Stack

Freelance - 3 week duration
Develop and implement scalable, high-quality backend solutions using Salesforce.
• Leverage Salesforce declarative development tools such as flows, assignment rules, email alerts, and more to build efficient and maintainable solutions.
• Utilize VSCode for development, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze and understand business requirements, even with minimal information, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices, patterns, and guidelines, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to implement CI/CD pipelines from a development perspective, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Required Skills & Competencies
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong expertise in backend development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, with a particular focus on Case Management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including declarative tools, Apex, and Lightning components. • Familiarity with development environments such as VSCode.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, including version control systems and deployment tools.
• Ability to work independently and proactively improve skills and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Skills
• Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud, Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent.
• Experience with DataCloud and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
