As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a:

Team Collaborator: Work closely with our team to recruit top talent, maintaining the perfect balance of quality and quantity.
Curious Conversationalist: Review CVs, engage in meaningful initial conversations, and conduct telephone interviews to create a dynamic candidate pipeline.
Insightful Interviewer: Lead fluid, conversational in-person interviews, using probing questions to identify candidates who are the perfect fit for us!
Talent Scout: Embark on thrilling headhunting missions across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to discover exceptional candidates.
Organisational Whiz: Master our ATS system, tracking candidates and expanding our talent pool with expertise.
Onboarding Specialist: Ensure new recruits feel welcome and ready for success by conducting offer meetings.
Creative Thinker: Support the team with inventive recruitment strategies, attracting candidates and keeping our pipeline thriving.
Internal Ambassador: Promote our refer-a-friend scheme with enthusiasm and flair.
