⭐ Role Overview

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Partnerships Team, focusing on developing and executing partner ecosystem marketing strategies. Your role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing programs and initiatives throughout the partner lifecycle by collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Your efforts aim to drive revenue, boost user adoption rates, increase partner engagement, and support customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities include enhancing marketplace awareness, marketing partner apps, strengthening relationships with partners, and managing affiliate programs. You will create strategies for top-performing partners while collaborating with the Marketing Team on co-marketing initiatives, event planning, and digital communications. By optimizing webinars, introducing strategic affiliate programs, and bridging gaps between teams, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration and drive impactful results.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Using your mix of creativity and analytics to manage marketing strategies and initiatives from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from planning and partner collaboration to post-execution analysis.
  • Building strong relationships with our marketplace partners, and exploring marketing collaboration opportunities like guest posts, interviews, and webinars, joint campaigns, events, incentive programs, etc.
  • Analyzing the performance of your partner marketing initiatives (in terms of traffic, qualified leads, and several additional KPIs), creating reports to keep track and sharing the results with the rest of the team.
  • Audience targeting. Honing in on the unique selling points and target audiences of our partners to increase partner product adoption among our customer base.
  • Partner enablement. Support our partners with an engaging enablement plan leveraging their network to help drive customer acquisition.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading. You'll be producing and collaborating on content across a variety of formats and channels, such as blog posts, guides, ebooks, webinars, case studies, social media, newsletters, and more.
  • Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging creatives and content that align with objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Exploring New Opportunities: Stay on top of the market by researching and finding new ways to expand and grow in different channels to drive user adoption and new customer acquisition.
  • Focus on impact. Think about the customer. Play well with others. Get stuff done. Be self-motivated. Expect feedback and changes.

  • ⭐ What makes you a great fit?
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth marketing role, product marketing role, affiliate marketing role, business development, or ecosystems management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns and strategies and tracking performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments.
  • Have an analytic mindset and a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress) and Affiliate management software (e.g LeadDyno).
  • Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools like HubSpot, Tableau, Notion, etc.
