We are recruiting the following profile: Technical Writer (NISC) – Remote (M/F)

• Excellent IT technical writing and communication skills (English) with proven experience of at least 8 years, in particular on writing performance-based statements of work;
• Requires a NATO NS clearance;
• Proficient in using word processor (in particular styles and layout functions) and visualization tools;
• Very good knowledge of Network and IT operations and service support in an ITIL framework, including configuration management and change management;
• Very good interpersonal skills in order to interview and cooperate with technicians and engineers;
• Good knowledge of the following technical areas: network routing and switching, network management, hosting (including virtualisation and container technologies), storage, virtualisation, backup and restore, active directory, identity management, internet access;
• Good knowledge of Static and Deployable IT environments;
• Good knowledge of CISCO products;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Server Products such as: Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 2016, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), in large Active Directory environments;
• Good knowledge of IT Security, in particular with respect to IT Service Delivery;
• Fluent in english.
