As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to nurture relationships with dental clinics who have signed up for a free trial of our platform. Your goal is to engage these clinics with the platform, encourage them to post jobs, book professionals, fill their shifts and ultimately transition them to one of our paid plans. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building skills, proactive communication, and a strong understanding of our platform and services.
Key Responsibilities
● Onboarding and Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics during their free trial period. Guide clinics through the onboarding process, ensuring they are familiar with our platform and how to utilize its features effectively.
● Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments with clinics to understand their staffing requirements and challenges. Identify opportunities where our platform can address their needs and add value to their operations.
● Platform Engagement: Encourage clinics to actively engage with our platform by posting jobs, browsing available professionals, and booking shifts. Provide guidance and support as needed to help clinics navigate the platform and maximize its benefits.
● Training and Support: Offer training sessions and provide ongoing support to clinics to ensure they are proficient in using our platform. Address any questions or concerns they may have, and proactively offer solutions to help them overcome obstacles.
● Promotion of Paid Plans: Educate clinics about our paid plans and the additional benefits they offer, such as increased access to professionals, priority support, and advanced features. Showcase the value proposition of upgrading to a paid plan and guide clinics through the transition process.
● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic contacts, including office managers, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized recommendations and solutions to help clinics achieve their staffing goals.
● Retention and Upselling: Monitor the satisfaction levels of clinics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clinics and work to retain their business over the long term.
Requirements
● Previous experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
● MUST submit 3 character references from previous employers
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
● Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
● Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
● Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare staffing is a plus, but not required.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
