Job description

•Logistics Coordination: Acts as a Logistics Officer, monitoring daily preparedness and ensuring the timely delivery of cleaning programs.
•Program Scheduling: Schedules and manages timelines for new region programs.
•Report Management: Ensures weekly management reports are accurately maintained and delivered.
•Database Management: Actively updates and manages sales and client databases.
•Marketing Program Support: Monitors and supports marketing initiatives, including booking external suppliers, ensuring material stock availability, and maintaining an event and marketing stock database.
•Role Development Management: Oversees the development of roles in the Philippines, acts as a backup when needed, and proactively identifies and implements program improvements.
•Program Optimization: Ensures efficiency for all programs delivered from the Philippines, including governance, regular, and deep cleaning programs, by identifying opportunities for process improvement.
•Process Streamlining: Identifies opportunities to tidy and streamline every program delivered from the Philippines (e.g., governance, regular, and deep cleaning programs) to enhance overall work efficiency.
