Job Type: Flexible schedule during client business hours
Mondays to Fridays - 4 hours a day (20 Hours per week )

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist (Non-Voice) to join our team. This role is ideal for self-starters with a strong bias for action who can hit the ground running without needing extensive supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential leads using online and offline methods.
Maintain and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Engage with prospects through targeted email marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads by assessing their interest and alignment with the company's offerings.
Perform market research to uncover industry trends and identify opportunities.
Design and execute client or market surveys to gather relevant insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing actionable insights.

Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of lead generation best practices and industry standards.
