Job Summary
Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a full-timeBusiness Development Manager (REMOTE) to join our team, focusing on driving new business opportunities and leading a team of BDRs. As the manager, you will support the business development team in their efforts to create strong relationships between potential opportunities and our account management team. You'll play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and assisting BDRs to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the business development team with weekly call reviews.
Help recruit, hire, train, and coach BDRs.
Research and identify new business opportunities.
Make outbound calls to assigned states to generate leads.
Act as a key player in coordinating introductions between potential clients and the account management team.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience: Previous BDR experience (required). Additional experience in a leadership/managerial role leading and training others (strongly preferred). Investigation background (preferred).
Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software, with Salesforce experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products & Salesforce (preferred).
Working Conditions
This is a full-time remote position.
Office-like environment with constant temperatures.
Frequent periods of stationary work.
Work outside normal business hours, including occasional weekends, when necessary.
Constant operation of office machinery, such as computers and printers.
Frequent communication with clients, customers, and co-workers via telephone and in person.

Salary: $45000 - $55000 per year
